Deputy Minister Quits Government

DEPUTY Minister of Youth and Sport Chinga Miyutu has resigned from Government.
Mr Miyutu is UPND Kalabo member of Parliament.
UPND deputy spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa confirmed the development in an interview yesterday.
Mr Mweetwa said Mr Miyutu has made a very wise decision to resign from Government.
He said Mr Miyutu wants to concentrate on his primary role as an MP.
“I wish to confirm that we as UPND are in receipt of Mr Miyutu’s letter of resignation to President Sata. We are humbled as a party and we welcome him,” Mr Mweetwa said.
Mr Mweetwa said the UPND has embraced tolerance but will not allow indiscipline.
He revealed that the other UPND MPs serving in Government are yet to resign.
Mr Miyutu’s mobile phoone was off by press time and the PF was not immediately available for a comment.

Finally some sense is slowly creeping into some MPs. Stop political prostitution and Respect the party and people who voted you into office.

Others think being a minister is the ultimate one can be.

Be proud to be an MP whose constituents are also proud of!

Way to go Miyutu! Whos next???

The government is too crowded . sense at last . I wish ministers are appoited outside the members of parliament and defections will not be there because they will be no more issue to be enticed to
