Wynter Slams Anti-PF Civil Servants

SOME civil servants who were benefiting from the MMD are making it difficult for the Patriotic Front (PF) to govern, party secretary-general Wynter Kabimba said here yesterday.
Mr Kabimba says such civil servants will be “flushed out” so that Government delivers development.
He said PF members must be alert and inform Government of anyone standing in the way of development.
He said this here yesterday when he addressed PF officials.
Mr Kabimba said the PF administration is aware of some civil servants who benefited heavily from the MMD and are now causing Government problems.
“Civil servants who are hindering development will be flushed out because the PF is determined to develop and improve living standards,” Mr Kabimba said.
He said the PF must now start exercising its political authority over development affairs.
Mr Kabimba said civil servants who still have allegiance to the MMD and causing government problems must wait for 50 years for the MMD to possibly bounce back into power.
And Mr Kabimba says no one can run Zambia better than President Sata who is a kind, humble and tolerant man with 40 years in public service.
He said it is sad that the UPND is “peddling lies” that President Sata is a dictator.
Mr Kabimba said Mr Sata refuses to take bottled water up to now because many people do not have access to water.
“We still argue with the President on bottled water because of the love he has for Zambia. That is how humble President Sata is,” he said.
Mr Kabimba said President Sata has developed the PF into a political organisation for all Zambians.
“Southern Province should rally behind President Sata and forget the lies of the UPND,” he said.

Mr Kabimba, it is natural for people to have to adjust to any change! You should have taken that into account when you were siliciting for their votes. Just re-orientate them! It is one of the tasks you are employed to do. Mr Kabimba, you must know that every organisation has a culture. You should also learn to adapt, since it is the first time you have been in Government. But, please, Mr Kabimba, you should not sacrifuce the professional civil for your cadre mentality. You need to protect all citizens, not only your party cadres. Remember, all Zambians contribute to State cofers. The money you are using belongs to all Zambians!

Bottled or no bottled water he still has access to clean drinking water 24/7! What type of water do people in your village have access to? I did not know that refusing it is a sign of love and humbleness and you Mr Kabimba thinks you have shared an intelligent thought.

Mr. Kabimba, would you say that by exercising political authority means that you will use intimidation towards civil servants?

what Kabimba is saying its true, some councils up to now have not used 2011 and 2012 C.D.F FUNDS. some civil servants are still reporting late and knocking off early for work despite several cautions.
Expect my support Kabimba. i really like hard work and honest people.

Much as i appriciate the sentiments by the PF SG over some civil servants percieved to be Anti-PF, how much effort is the honourable minister and his friends are doing in order to help and elevate those other civil servants who have ralled behind the PF? Lets balance the equation, some civil servants were vividly victimized for being supporters of PF while others recieved massive support from the MMD through Promotions. Ba KABIMBA twapapata twafweniko naifwe a lot of juniour officers in service are now office holders because of their support for the former ruling party.

“…no one can run Zambia better than President Sata who is a kind, humble and tolerant man with 40 years in public service….”

somebody guide me here, but what has that massive experience shown?

    1.recurring bye-elections
    2.budget overrun
    3.supression of opposition
    4.depreciation of the kwacha
    5.vulgar language-
5.embracing of corrupt efectors from opposition….

And talking about corruption- this is one president who claimed to be allergic to the vice- what hypocricy
Despite the many promises, I’m yet to see one solid conclussive commendable achievement.

HE MCS is true example of the BEMBA sying ” Ukulanda kwa lyanguka”

Atlas…you are right. People need to open their eyes and if they can not think for themselves they should Learn to listen..and they will in turn..learn something. The current political crop is spoiled?
-HH has surrounded himself with thugs and fortune seekers
-Gen Miyanda is supporting fellow plunderers, ask him how he ended up with council property..kabwata orphange. That used to be property of the LCC.
-Father Bwalya has already proved that he is able to compromise for the right price
-Nawakwi….do not need to say much…she was part and parcel of the privatation process that has brought us misery
-Chipimo, is an opportunist with no leadership qualities trying to capitalize on his chipimo name. His father was a leader not him?
      -ADD..Milupi…is another fortune seeker
We need a leader that will not hide behind immunity clause, will be willing to earn less, will not require a house at the end of his/her tenure…someone with LPM’s integrity, morals and love for the country…! If you have the above qualities please step up as Zed needs you.

Dora, “the middle finger woman” once said that.Do not intrust the security of this country in the hands of MCS, know i understand. that the security of this nation is not hold by one individual, but a few.

How i wish i never voted for PF, i regret cerebrating the victory of PF, i thought PF will bring sanity to this country.

Wynter Kabimba reminds of our beloved brother.Ben Tetamashimba”MHLIP” and George Kunda who would say anything.

Yes its true that PF has lost Popularity both in Lusaka and C/belt this because of Wynter’s uttering mouth?

know i see PF is know trying to fire some top officials at ECZ so that they can put cadres and use Mugambe’s formula to wine the 2016 election

I had warned my peers about MCS. One thing I like about him though, is that he never hides his true colors…he speaks his mind and never hide his UNIP ways of governing? you got what you asked for, so figure out how to get him out…you are the ones that voted for him.

I hope you have learnt your lessons. Word of advice, avoid HH as he has lost direction as he continues to surround himself with thugs and fortune seekers…the likes William Banda, Godfrey Beene. Gen Miyanda is also supporting theives..fellow plunderers..RB..immunity clause…We should continue searching as the current crop is spoiled with fortune seekers that will not take any where?

Keep it up Hon. Kawimba! There is no man like you in any of the political parties that we have. Your sense of recruitment drive is second to none. Yes the haters will always be there and most of them are unlikely to survive the hearts attacks as we approach torrid year of 2016.Yours is eyes on development to shame the critiques as development will do the campaign come 2016. Viva PF Viva President Sata!!!
