Something smells fishy here. As soon as Wilbur starts conducting land audit, then shuffling happens. Something is seriously happening at Lands ministry that needs covering. Tukomfwako

In his sedated state Sata can fire someone???

What goes on at Foreign Affairs?

    Kambwili was dismissed
    Given Lubinda was also dismissed.
    Then now Effron Lungu….

Maybe they leak info to diplomats and Ukwa whilst heavily sedated is told.

You know the reason why those changes took place- Kambwili was constantly quarriling with heads of foreign missions. Lubinda was suspended from PF. Effron Lungu had copied his letter to the President to his PS.

Tell Wilbur Simuusa to release that roads equipment at his house in Kabundi to work. Since he has gone to most unstable ministry, he will need good roads to rely on when he is soon fired too.

The people who are enjoying in PF know are those who where quite those days, people like Kabimba, Edger Lungu. Hon Namulambe is even in better position than hon Lubinda. Lubinda is like used parpet know.

There is a feeling among PF top official that Lubinda can not be trusted.

From Mr. Chiwala’s appointment you can tell that the President wants people who are hardworking.

Mr. Chiwala’s appointment is a wise move but his successor’s is questionable. I watched on ZNBC and believe me the guy is not C.E.O material but would have been better off as manager. As for Lungu, filachitika.

With President Sata at the helm, its not business as usual the man is charismatic he doesn’t want no sense.People should be accustomed to him he is not Rupiah who could tolerate evil in his administration as part of life until to the end of tenure even if he sees loop holes.

      August 14, 2013 at 12:57 pm

Yes, you have just knocked the nail on the head. President Sata should put people who will deliver becoz any failure by a minister, the blame will be on President.

But if he was dismissed on grounds that he copied a letter he wrote to the President to his PS, then the president should have given him a second chance
