Dear Editor,
ALLOW me space in your column to once again express my displeasure at the poor internet service MTN is providing to clients.
I would like to urge MTN to tell its customers if it has failed to provide quality service to acceptable standards, because there is no way clients should keep on subscribing to the service while getting poor service.
MTN advertises that it is a good network provider but if you were to try and use the system today, you will find that the system is down.
My humble appeal to MTN is, can they give their clients what they deserve. This is like day-light theft.
What MTN has to know is that it exists because of us clients. After all, what are the benefits of the customers if the service cannot work out properly?

I think i also need to add my voice to this cry. I have trusted MTN through out the ages from as far back as 2001 but to my surprise of late the data bundles seem to be getting used up even when am not on the net thats for my phone. Secondly by the time the alert comes and i try to check the balance on my phone i find that all the talk time is consumed there as well. This to me is day light robbery something has gone amiss

internet service depends on how u browse.if u use 2gb per month, zamtel is the best.if u download too many videos/ youtube, airtel is the best.if u updete yo antivirus weekly, airtel is the best.if u browse with yo mobile phone, mtn is the best.overall, airtel is the best.eg no other network can charge k15 to update yo antivirus other than airtel.

Zampost is the best. Now only takes 3 days for a letter to reach Katete only at K2.5. For news it is Times of Zambia @ K3. For movies, ZNBC. Social networking and music, kwaMwape. Games, Musa Kasonka. Ni vacani vi intaneti?
