IMAGINE! THIS WOMAN CAN EASILY GET A LOAN (NO CIVIL SERVANT IS DENIED A LOAN UNLESS THE CRB IS NOT POSITIVE) AND BUY A BETTER CAR FROM JAPAN. NOW AAX SHINGANANANI UKO? AM SHOCKED. THIS VEHICLE MUST ALSO BE INVESTIGATED COZ I KNOW THAT AAX REG CARS ARE MOSTLY GROUNDED. FOR THIS CAR TO BE PERCIEVED TO BE IN GOOD ENOUGH CONDITION AS TO HELP THE POLICE, IT MUST BE LATER REG NOT AAX.

It was obviously coming. The details on the WHITE BOOK were a killer punch. However to all the bosses in different spheres of work if one is not in good books[arrogant] with the subordinates or workers then just that your scandal will be exposed. Here are a few examples.
    1. A Makeni businessman who was growing ganja was nabbed by DEC; how?
    2. Former Labour Minister same situation he is too fat to dig any hole.
    3. Fire that destroyed some bakeries in Lusaka ;using cotton and match-sticks
    4. Charles Musonda’s sons now playing Belgium national as most are still licking the boots of the small god of Zambian football .

The former copperbelt police commissioner should have know that their code of ethics and conducts is very clear about these issues, the biggest mistake she made was to register that Toyota into her name, instead of the police or the department.

This should send a strong warning to other people that you can even loose your job over a K100.

She might even loose her terminal benefits over a K15,000. this figure might be her two months of salary “correct me if iam wrong”

She has lost everything that she has worked for, the respect and trust, her position and most of all her earnings. Just for a simple decision she made. Accepting and registering the Toyota corolla to her personal name or maybe i can say; “her love for a cars”, not a BMW or Benz, but a simple car. Toyota corolla

To say uubomba mwibala alya ifyamwibala is the most un wise saying. Things are this bad in this country because of corruption. I am not PF but looking at the efforts being put in by Sata, I wish all Zambians can support him in his fight against corruption. A country cannot develop even if its president fights hard to do so if most civil servants are are corrupt . Go at MSD and you will be shocked at the goings on there. People no longer study for their blasting licenses, they jut buy them. If a miner is breached he doesnt have to lose his blasting license ; all he needs is to pay cash to the breaching Mine Inspector and it is case over. This is common in all government institutions.

When hard working people see no benefits for their hard work while they see others buying cars, houses etc without evidence of hard work, these workers will either relax or jump on the band wagon of corruption. We should not just talk about corruption in government because we are the government and we are corrupt. Money meant for development goes into peoples pockets and we still continue yapping about subsidies. We admire foreigners yet we can become just like them by simply working hard and honestly. The result of hard working and honesty will be that every Zambian will benefit equitably.

Imwe bantu!!! Nishi why is Ukwa always appointing these cadres if they are not entitled to make their own decisions? Come on!!!! I thought as HA minister lungu I supposed to make decisions on petty issues like, this mary tembo issue. But then he has to deliver a decision on behalf “of”, shame. This is why the Pathetic Future govt, and the great Ukwa have failed to face the nation to say what they have achieved so far, or what plans they have for the nation.

    • kandolo Reply

      August 17, 2013 at 10:47 am

Probably HA Minister Lungu didnt think it was a serious case and therefore did not want to suspend her. Then MCS just told him “I will do it for you”. If a minister is dilly-dallying the President has every power to loop him.
