HH Accuses Govt Of Being Greedy In The Way They Are Allocating Funds

Mr. Hichilema has told Qfm news that it is illegal for government to begin building President Michael Sata’s house before he retires.
Mr. Hichilema has charged that it is a white color crime because it unconstitutional to build Mr. Sata a house before he retires.
He explains that it is clear in the emolument act on when any President’s house should receive funds to begin building a house.
The UPND leader has since described the move by government not consider the past Presidents who do not yet have the houses built as greedy and unrespectful.
He stresses that President Sata’s act only becomes valid after he retires and when he is seating President.

He is just dull. What they are building is a government house without the name Sata on it. Sata cannot go to that house until he retires. What is wrong with planning ahead. This is dullness in itself. Law does not stop people from planning ahead.
