Zambia Set To Seal CHAN South Africa 2014 Qualification

Zambia 13Zambia is set to overcome bitter neighbors Zimbabwe and seal her place at the African Nations championship finals when the two Zambezi rivals clash at Levy Mwanawasa this afternoon.

With the two teams battling to a 0-0 draw in the first leg in Harare last week, Herve Renard’s men are clear favourites and if Friday’s practice was a measure of how Zambia will approach the game, the Cosafa champions will be going for the “jugular” – all out attack to create a two goal cushion needed to grab the ticket to SA2014.

Khondwani Mtonga is suspended and Mukuka Mulenga has gone to Sundowns but their absence will be mitigated by other talents.

Zambia (probable):
Danny Munyau, Fackson Kapumbu, Jimmy Chisenga, Christopher Munthali, Bronson Chama, Thomas Nyirenda, Sydney Kalume, Alex Ngonga, Bruce Musakanya, Festus Mbewe, Evans Kangwa

Good result in my opinion. People were getting big headed with lucky wins. You cant play the way Zambia plays and expect to sustain your luck. Timely wake up call before Ghana, if the coach and his team can learn from past mistakes!!!!
