Salma Dodia made a surprise appearance made a wonderful performance at the Big Brother Africa finale despite been h 7 month old pregnant. The Zambian model and musician still seems in perfect shape despite been pregant. Now married to EX DJ Tivo, the model is now expecting her second child from a different man.
