Sunday Chanda: Its Unfortunate UPND Wishes SATA ill-Health

Open Society Foundation Executive Director, Sunday Chanda, says assertions by opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) that Cabinet must constitute a team of medical experts to examine President Michael Sata are immoral, misplaced and highly malicious.
Mr. Chanda says this goes to confirm that UPND as a party wishes and hopes for President Sata’s ill-health in order for them to get closer to the Presidency.

He notes that wishing President Sata ill-health is inhuman and in the African culture, it is as good as bewitching someone.

Mr. Chanda says Zambia cannot embrace these politics of witchcraft and malice.

He stresses that it is common sense that the 2016 endorsements, done in good faith, by the general membership of the PF are a mark of renewed confidence and faith in President Sata based on evident development across the country.

Mr. Chanda has since advice the opposition to instead prepare to meet President Sata on the Campaign trail in 2016 than expend their energies purveying lies about his health.

Sunday Chanda are you PF cadre or NGO representative? Your utterances sound to place as PF defender, no difference with Kamba of PF Lusaka District. Let MCS be examined what are you afraid of Sunday?

Ba Chanda does it mean you know everything. Learn to be qiete not every time you are opening your mouth, you lose respect and trust from people as it is now. Remember even the people you talk for will dump you one day.

It is Mbabala UPND MP Ephraim Belemu who stated that cabinet must constitute a medical board to examine president Sata’s health. The above MP interpreted GBM’s rantings as per his own psych of wishing Sata dead so that UPND can get into power.
It is callous, un-African and simply being notorious.
HEMCS has been seen moving around and he is even in Livingstone & Victoria Falls for the official opening of the UNWTO general assembly.
GBM is a muppet and he should be blamed for exciting even this Belemu of UPND who are death bearers for HEMCS.

PF will lose in 2016, take it or leave. If it wins the number of MPs will be smaller than in 2011 which will make it hard to govern.

UPND want to go closer to the power through death. These pipo are heinous to say the least. They are not human beings but Dracula that feast on human flesh. God is very clever those who others dead are the ones that go faster that they thought.

this is a clear indication of what our opposition are good at. for Heavens sake how dare one is so taken into people’s health issues. where is the declaration of Human rights enacted in 1948? and people still claim they are learned. I think there are more important issues to focus on than someones health, lets be reasonable and realistic in all our pursuits.

Good morning Sunday Chanda. It truly seems you have been asleep and just woken up to join in a conversation whose origins you do not know. I advise you get back to bed and continue enjoying your sleep. Otherwise your analysis sounds exactly like hallucination from the just woken up person you are.
Spare yourself the embarrassment and keep quiet if you care you have little reasoning. Or is it just for the sake of taking sides? The official statement of the UPND on this matter was clear and without the tone of ill wishes for anyone!!.
You do not even understand the value of the office of president. Learn today that that office goes beyond simple party politics. It is a national office. You have left me wondering as to what purpose your organisation serves if the head is of such low calibre?
