ABZ Leader Frank Bwalya says their party would not allow the kind of indiscipline and lack of leadership seen in the PF to happen in ABZ and that the squabbles in the ruling party exposed the mediocre leadership of PF top leadership. He said this in Ndola on Saturday August 31, 2013 during a meeting to welcome new members eye-marked for party leadership in Ndola district. The function which was held at Kansenshi Extension Guest House attracted 153 new members among them several district, constituency and ward officials form PF and MMD in Ndola district. It was characterized by song and slogan chanting.
Fr Bwalya said he would make sure that their party was developed in a professional and systematic manner adding that ABZ would ensure internal democracy and respect for one another.
And speaking after the event Chairperson of the Team of Trustees of ABZ Mrs Janet Chileshe said the party was confident of winning the hearts of Zambians to vote for Fr Bwalya as Republic President in 2016 because he possessed qualities or characteristics that Zambians would be looking for in the next president.
“The people will look for the following characteristics in the next president of Zambia; the first one is a God fearing person who loves people especially the poor and vulnerable. The second one is the ability to assemble a team of national character with competencies to deal with the economic and social problems of Zambia and thirdly a clean servant-leader who has not stolen public funds or goods nor acquire wealth dubiously, one who is not driven by desire to make money” said Mrs Chileshe adding that Fr Bwalya was the only person on the political platform with such characteristics.
And speaking earlier Fr Bwalya said a good leader in a political party must understand the vision, mission, aim and objectives of the party including its values and that leaders needed to have capacity to develop programmes or activities that would help the party to realize its vision, achieve its mission and fulfill its aim and objectives as well as live its values.
One new member a former PF ward official from Twapia identified as Mukuka said the new members would make sure that they brought to ABZ their people still in PF and other parties.

Things wont be easy for Frank as he thought them to be. President Sata has to endure 10 painful years talking on behalf of the poor majority, and some one just from nowhere say i will be president come 2016? If a powerful man took 10 years what more Frank who made his party through extream frustration?

Frank think fighting Micheal will take him to state house. You are wrong. Every inch of you frank is wrong. You are not the man. not even twenty years from now.

Nature rules, you cannot jump all the stages in life to lead the people…..

    1. Get married so that we see how you can control your family,
    2. Keep a dog so that we can see your humility
    3. Become MP then we see how you work for people.

YOU CANNOT EVEN KEEP A DOG MY FREIND JUST LIKE YOUR FELLOW TODDLERS
