Mukuka Mulenga Joins Zambia Camp

Injured Mukuka Mulenga has joined camp to ascertain if his fitness for Zambia’s 2014 World Cup qualifier against Ghana on September 6.
The new Mamelodi Sundowns signing has been sidelined since August 3 with an ankle ligament injury.

Mukuka, who is said not to have taken part in practice at Zambia’s Johannesburg training base on Saturday, joined camp with the full blessings of Sundowns.

“Mukuka is just recovering from an injury so we can’t say whether he will play or not,” Sundowns PRO Kabelo Mosito told The Post Newspaper.

“The Doctors from both Zambia and the club have to assess him but we can’t hold him if he is OK.”

Zambia are also sweating on the fitness of Orlando Pirates striker Collins Mbesuma who is expected to be assessed when he joins the team after attending his father’s burial on August 31 in Lusaka.

“…Zambia are also sweating on the fitness of Orlando Pirates striker Collins Mbesuma…”

What kind of English is this?

Back to topic, let Mukuka join the team he might play some few minutes and within that he’s capable of doing his thing.
