I now believe kuti all that glitters is not gold. Chirwa s vision for ZRl looked marvelous (Coupled with his 30 page CV).I even sent my 2 page CV to ZRL. Shame!

This is unnecessary persecution of Prof Chirwa. Didn’t investigations clear him of wrong doings and government officials issue statements that he was being retired on national interests with gratuity? Such conflicting view points from the authorities!! That said, regardless of the status of his case he should be allowed to travel to tend to his wife an family affairs. I shudder to think that he has been confined to Zambia the last few months and not able to visit them because of the investigations….which we all thought had be concluded and him found not guilty!!! tat tat tat
