Police IG In Near Road Accident In Kabwe, Officers Celebrate
Police IG Stella Libongani
Libongani, who was coming from the pass out parade of 138 officer cadets at Kohima barracks was immediately evacuated from the scene while her junior officers remained working on the defective vehicle.
Earlier at Kohima barracks, Libongani had denied an offer of a helicopter lift from Sata and said she had her own transport.
It took over one hour for the officers to sort out the tyre burst problem on the Toyota Hilux registration number ZP 1966B and get two more new tyres.
Meanwhile, a few officers in Kabwe briefly celebrated after they were treated to a hoax that the vehicle for the IG was involved in an accident and that she had been seriously injured.
The police officers said they would have celebrated Libongani’s demise due to the misery she has brought on the police such as prepaid electricity and delayed promotions.

Thank God you have been saved. Shame on you officers who were celebrating an incidence like this one. The problem with ba ZP {Zacharia Phiri} is that they like free things. Learn to spend using yo own earned money. As for promotions, God s time is the best. Just work hard, harder hardest.

How can changing two tyres on a Hilux take more than one hour, for that matter on an IG escort? Makes sense that they celebrated. Even us chickens (village iwe) can do it in double time, maliongos in Zabwino Palibe..

Those who were celebrating are criminal whose loopholes have been sealed. Madam Libongani you need to be very careful with your officers they are playing games on you. Remember what happened to Mary Tembo on c/belt who nearly sealed all their loopholes. That was an inside job to have her implicated and then pave their way to criminal activities . OPEN UP YOUR EYES

Its not true that officers were celebrating. Libongani is a very good commander! Some of you quacks who are talking about pre paid you are given units worth over k300 per month, what else do you want? As for promotions,bafikala you are too many especially ba A/Supt. Alot of undeserving officers were promoted by Kabonde such that there are no vacancies and post IDs. So hold on until the mess is sorted out. How i wish you chaps who are complaining had worked on the CB and experienced the lunacy and St.upidity of Maria Tembo.
