President Micheal Sata has suspended two Ndola High Court Judges.
President Sata has since appointed two tribunals to probe Ndola High Court Judges Emelia Sunkutu and Timothy Katanekwa for alleged professional misconduct.
Speaking during a swearing-in ceremony of tribunal members at State house this morning, President Sata says the Zambian judiciary is looked at by the whole world hence the need for the tribunal to let the people know the truth about them.
President Sata says he expects the tribunal to bring out the truth on Judges Emelia Sunkutu and Judge Katanekwa.
Those sworn-in are Ndola High Court Judge Mathew Ngulube as chairperson for the tribunal to probe Judge Emelia Sunkutu, with Ndola High Court Judge Fredrick Chomba as chairperson for tribunal to probe Judge Timothy Katanekwa respectively.
President Sata has also swore-in Justice Bobby Bwalya and Justice Sylvester Simachela as members of the two tribunals, with High court Registrar Chilombo Maka Phiri as Secretary of the two tribunals.
Meanwhile President Sata in his usual style did not forget to remind Justice Mathew Ngulube to keep his hair.

His Excellency has ears on the ground hence he knows what he is doing. Let every GRZ personnel realize that this is a new Government and Sata is master of rule of law. If Clive Chirwa is battling trying to clear his name with the law then lets all put our houses in order
