LWSC, Health And LCC To Visit Compounds Over Toilets

May these mentioned ministries look into this matter. In most of the compounds in Lusaka, water sanitation is poor mostly you will find that where a toilet is built the water line passes through the pitlatrine from the next door house.  Do we say that water is clean? Some houses have no toilets you find that some are flats with six tenants in each flat,

A family of seven then there is no toilet, some can have one toilet for the whole six flats do we call that healthy? And they pay rentals every month what do they pay for? The planing of building houses and toilets is bad. A  Landlord  may build a house and the toilet is facing direct to the neighbor’s house entrance.

LWSC is busy every month distributing water bills whilst some water pipes from the main connection pipe are broken and water is being wasted and they don’t repair them
