Ministers Are Frustrating Sata – Nawakwi

Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) president Edith Nawakwi has accused Ministers in the Patriotic Front Government of frustrating President Michael Sata’s vision to transform the country.

President Sata earlier this week scoffed at his minister for failing to explain to the Zambian people the achievements the PF government has scored since coming to power two years ago.

Ms Nawakwi observes that the Ministers’ poor handling of issues is frustrating the Head of State.

She says the Ministers lack direction in delivering to the expectations of the majority Zambians.

Ms Nawakwi adds that it is unfortunate that all the Ministers are failing to defend the president by explaining to the people issues affecting the nation.

And Ms. Nawakwi says the wrangles and violence that have characterized the Patriotic Front recently have exposed the ruling party to the Zambian people.

She explains that the Patriotic Front should know that they have just de-campaigned themselves out of power and that there will be no need for the opposition to de-campaign them in 2016.

Regardless of all these squabbles in the ruling party of which have since died is not an indication that PF come 2016 will be thwarted by the forces of Nawakwi and the group combined. That will not be released in 2016 infact that will be the time when all these family parties, will be exterminated and go into an oblivion and their leaders send into their retirements due to the fact that by that time they will be clocking 20 years plus in opposition without achieving their intended goals.

Edith is now reduced to a face book president. Edith on her own can never win a presidential election unless adopted by a strong party just like Bridier General Miyanda.

Am for PF but i totally agree with Madam Nawakwi. This is the Nawakwi i knew. We also need a strong opposition to make our ministers woke up. They are too quiet, is this what people can do when they are in power. May God deliver us from such atitude.
