Dear Editor,
ALLOW me space in your newspaper to register my displeasure at the Pepsi advert which is showing on our local television during the 19:00 main news hour.
I feel the advert is not only offending, but also in bad taste.
The advert in question shows a renowned American female artiste dancing, but the dance has no relevance to the Pepsi Cola drink.
The worst part is that the advert runs at prime time when most people are glued to their television sets listening to the news with their families and so one cannot avoid viewing it.
We know it is a paid-for advert, but I feel the advert is misplaced when it runs during the news time.
It can be placed at a different time instead of a crucial moment when people want to listen to more important happenings locally and internationally.
Could the responsible people at ZNBC please consider this observation and see what other time to place this advert.

I think it is your mind that is not open to realities of our God. The adds are in bad faith and are messing up our kids brain developments. That is why you have an 18 year girl boasting over being hit by 4 men. We will continue praying for you.

My friend. If you know whats good for you,you wouldn’t have vomited that rubbish! If you are hiding something from the kids, one day they will find out the truth. So if you are wise enough you should start teaching your little kids whats right and wrong. You need to train there minds!even when you are not there, they will do what is right.Be real to your kids, tell them the prones and cones of every situation. Other wise why go to the devils highland and ask the devil to change.Real Christians will abstain from bad conducts.Hope you are not one of his members.

There is nothing wrong with the ad pastor. In the world we live in today, we should have a habit of talking with our kids about facts of life. You can use that same ad to tell your daughters that they should not end up like that if you view it as not TV friendly. Its better kids watch these things with us so that when they ask questions, we shall take advantage and educate our kids instead of them watching in secrecy. Thats how you ask how did your daughter who never used to go out get pregnant.

I see them blind followers together with the lost pastor. In your church there people who come with mini skates, but you have no word or say about them, coz you know that once you do that they will run away, and no money for you.Be straight with your member’s.There is nothing wrong with that advert pastor, only your mind is corrupt!period!end of debate.

Ba Pastor full of criticism… How do you expect other individuals in the world to make a living if they can’t do adverts? That intuitively right in a commercial perspective. An advert has to be attractive with view to induce or persuade customers. Which school did you go to… Pastor?

ZNBC is not a christian station Mr Pastor, just choose what to watch anytime and you can change the station when the ad appears. I do that when am watching TV with my nieces and the circumcision advert comes on Tv. Regulate your TV thats all!!
