Gov Should Explain In Mansa Why They Want To Continue Prosecuting Dr.Chiluba.

Chirundu MMD District Secretary Mr. Gift Chanda has challenged the Pf through Justice Minister Mr. Winter Kabimba to go and explain to the people of Mansa and Luapula province in general, why they want to continue prosecuting a dead person Mr.Dr.Fredrick Chiluba.
The Pf is on record saying they were intending to register the London judgment here in Zambia and now that, there is an impending bye election in Mansa, this should be an opportunity for them to explain to the people of Luapula province why they hate our man so much that, they even want to follow him in his grave.
Taking Dr.Chiluba who is already dead is untraditional Iam also appealing to Ba Mwata and other loyal highness in Luapula province to question the Pf the motive behind evil plans.Dr.Chiluba was the son of the soil of Luapula province and was our first MMD party President therefore, as members of new MMD will not take this issue lightly.

@ dingus it is unreasonable to call the people of Mansa ****** because of an election or for any reason. The implication is that whoever has voted for th PF is a ****** Constituency. Why can’ty you debate without insulting. Insults are a sign of shallowness of thinking. Debate issues not persoalities or people.

What you should know is that in the Western law that you have adopted there is no dead man as in your tradition. Chiluba’s judgement has to be registered whether he is alive or dead. This is for a number of legal reasons I cant go into here.

I think we have alot problems. PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT PROSECUTING A DEAD PERSON AS INHUMAN, I wonder is it becoz fikopo or something else? The law understands no emmotions. @Keith, I expect what I expect. I know that fellows will tell the people of Mansa a full pot of crap and the people of Mansa will swallow it completely. Look at how the trio of Ministers just “showed up” at a catholic church for mass this morning and how there was a joint chorus of orgasms of the church goers as they were enthralled by the lies of the VP and Ministress.
