I Had Sex With Dad, Narrates Chingola Girl

A 40-YEAR-OLD man of Chikola in Chingola, who is alleged to have impregnated his 13-year-old daughter, has told the Chingola Magistrate’s Court that his daughter had a habit of disappearing from home and returning at odd hours.
This is in a case in which Friday Samakumbi is charged with incest which is contrary to Section 159 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
In his defence before Resident Magistrate Angela Kafunda on Tuesday, Samakumbi denied having sex with his daughter.
“The whole matter was fabricated by our neighbour who used to keep her at her house,” Samakumbi said.
Particulars of the offence are that Samakumbi between April 1, 2012 and September 30, 2012 in Chingola, had sex with his biological daughter.
Samakumbi testified that the girl was taken to the village in Mkushi by her grandmother but she was later brought back home after it was discovered that she was pregnant.
He alleged that his daughter used to disappear from home and returned at odd hours.
Samakumbi’s wife testified that her daughter allegedly confided in her that her father was allegedly responsible for her pregnancy.
The woman said even though she did not find Samakumbi having sex with their daughter, the girl told her that she had sex with him on several occasions.
“I reported to police that he (Samakumbi) was having sex with his biological daughter. I also noticed that my daughter became disrespectful and arrogant towards me,” she said.
Ms Kafunda adjourned the case to October 21, 2013 and remanded Samakumbi.

A ZAMBIAN woman on Tuesday revealed how she was sexually molested by her polygamous father who even went so far as to marry her.
Priscilla Musonda Schaufelberger, 52 now living in Switzerland, explained that her father sexually molested her with the full knowledge of her mother. She said she eventually fell pregnant at 17 and later went on to have four children with her father.
Her father then forced her to marry him after which he added her to his list of three wives.
She said for close to a decade, he repeatedly raped, abused, beat her like a common criminal and forced her to watch erotic movies.
Priscilla said her father would later ask her to perform what she had watched in the movies on him.
But Priscilla said she was a survivor and not a victim.
She has since written a book about her life titled Stolen Childhood where she shares details of her life in Zambia as a sex slave of her father.

Who told u that Zambia was a Christian Nation? Zambia claims to be a christian nation but is not. In a Christian Nation all unmarried girls and women are virgins. Can you say the same of Zambia? In Zambia 99% of unmarried girls and women are not virgins therefore Zambia qualifies to be called a ‘sex’ nation and not a christian nation because that is our character and our identity as a nation – sex before marriege! That is not Christian!!

What is the proof that the girl is telling the truth and not framing? How will they collect the evidence, through DNA…of course it will match, its the father. There should be proof beyond reasonable doubt.
