PF Infighting Has Created Serious Cracks – Mpombo
Former Zambia Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria George Mpombo has charged that the infighting in the ruling Patriotic Front PF is as a result of undemocratic consensus deals aimed at throttling the activities of certain individuals.
Mr. Mpombo observes that therefore is no doubt that the infighting in the ruling party has left the party with serious cracks which cannot be mended.
He has also noted that it will be difficult for the PF to bounce back as a political party with a national character in view of allegations of tribalism sparked by party Secretary General Wynter Kabimba.
Mr. Mpombo ADDS THAT it is also clear that power in the ruling party is centered around President Michael Sata.
The ruling party has been rocked by infighting with party members pushing for the removal of party Secretary General Wynter Kabimba.

Cracks might have been made,but those cracks are too small for pipo like you Mpombo and others to go through them. What PF is going through is a cleansing process or we can say a passing phase. After all this PF will emerge a stronger united party that will be no match to any opposition parties including that of Mpombo. This again shows how democratic PF is unlike other parties who have never gone to conventions for close to 10 years now their leaders are just like Kings in total absolute monarchies.

But the one who will effect that change is not capable enough to effect it. Yes 2016 is coming so what because those who are purported to effect the much talked about change,have no stamina to gunner enough votes which later can send them to state house. PF is really in squabbles right now but that’s what democracy is all about at the end of it all its the same family and this family will emerge a stronger one as all this is just a passing phase. So oppositions should not continue celebrating this because they are also living in a glass house. A REMINDER they should go to their respective conventions to elect their new leaders because we seen some are close to 10 without being given fresh mandates therefore they are not democrats.

well put isaac, a spade is a spade, we in the PF are that there is transparency in the party, for sure it is passing phase. i stated that when we were voting we did not care who in the lower ranks were, as long as we hounded MMD, and we were happy. Now is the time for cleansing of our party, by the time it is 2016, Hell will meet the real hell. Pa Bwato for sure 50 years to go.

It Is becoming more Disturbing to see the infighting continueing in my party.I still blame the President for not calling for press conferences which would have answered so many questions from the Zambians.
Its like every one is doing things the way they want especially ministers who are preoccupied with personal agendas at the expense of the party.
Mr.President sir,call a press conference where you should fire and re-align the ministers the KK aproach.Each one is saying,my president my president.Winter is claiming to be in good boots with you,Kambwili the same and GBM.This is simply showing that you are holding all the responsibilities to yourself.

Why is Mpombo now referred to as ‘former Deputy High Commissioner’ and not ‘former Defence Minister’ as the later was a higher position? That aside, Mpombo I expected your usual tirade of big language but here only ‘Throttling’ sure..disappointed..

Infightings are nessesary because they make the party stronger by knowing the rightfully members of the party and hound them out like Kabimba. It also happened with your former party MMD, remember Christone Tembo, Miyanda ETC. So when matters arise see were to comment, BUT not on this ONE. FORMER HONOURABLE MPOMBO GEORGE. The opposition is so Light in such a way that even if they were to join each other they can’t even unset PABWATO because of all the opposition it’s only HAKAINDE HICHILEMA who is not from the MMD,Name them MPOMBO him self, Mulongoti, Miyanda, ETC all these are as a result of infighting in MMD which has shifted into P.F very soon it shall pass .How can a person leave the church,Bible and a being a Pastor for that matter and join Politics and Claim that GOD has spoken to him to became the President of a dead opposition political party MMD.
