Dr. Phiri: 300 Teachers Had Fake Papers ‘They desperately Wanted to be Recruited’

Minister of Education, Science, vocational Training and Early Education, John Phiri has disclosed that there were 300 teachers suspected of having faked papers and attempted to be recruited by government this year.

Dr. Phiri said the affected teachers have since been referred to the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) for certification and verification of their academic documents.

He said the 300 teachers who had fake papers were desperate to be employed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Vocation and Early Education.

He said this in Mongu today when he paid a courtesy call on Western Province Permanent Secretary (PS) Amos Malupenga.

He said arising from this, government did not reach its target of recruiting 4,500 teachers in the education sector.

Recently, government recruited slightly over 4,000 teachers.

And Dr. Phiri has bemoaned the low reading culture among pupils in the country.

Dr. Phiri said reading should be started at a tender age and should be consistent in one’s life in learning institutions and other public places.
Earlier, Western Province Permanent Secretary Amos Malupenga commended the Ministry of Education for recruiting over 4,000 teachers.

Mr. Malupenga said most schools in the province were experiencing serious shortages of teachers.

The PS disclosed that some of the newly recruited teachers have already reported to their respective schools.

Many people do not realize that adult stem cells play a key role in the natural renewal of your body and are essential for the maintenance and repair of organs and tissue throughout your lifetime.

Stem cell therapy is an intervention strategy that introduces new adult stem cells into damaged tissue in order to treat disease or injury. Many medical researchers believe that stem cell treatments have the potential to change the face of human disease and alleviate suffering.

Due to factors such as age, stress, pollution and poor diet, there is a reduction in the release and activity of adult stem cells, which may lead to a decline in the natural ability of your body to maintain optimal health.

Stemtech’s clinically studied stem cell nutrition line of products is designed to help support three most important aspects of stem cell physiology: the release, circulation and migrations of stem cells.

Stemtech’s products do not contain stem cells. They are composed of natural botanicals and other ingredients that have been clinically documented to support the performance of your own stem cells.

SE2 Advanced Stem Cell Support is the world’s first ALL-NATURAL supplement documented to support the release of adult stem cells from bone marrow.

SE2 SUPPORTS THE NATURAL RELEASE OF “MASTER” CELLS THAT CAN TRANSFORM THEMSELVES INTO HEALTHY NEW CELLS.

Cancer related illnesses, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure try Stemtech Nutrition.

Viva PF viva President Michael Chilufya Sata truly you’re working hard each day that comes only those who are fighting for a space cannot see anything. Zambia today is interlinked in all directions. For the first time almost all the chiefs have been connected to the national grid. And for the first time we are seeing development not through campaign times, that’s real development after all.

Are we going to eat roads for you to shower useless praises for a failed PF government? Do you call creation of districts without corresponding infrastructure a development? Do you call raising salaries for President, Vice President and Ministers a development? Am nonpartisan but bringing issues into perspective for you who sounds brainwashed.

Mr Minister take time to check the qualifications of teachers graduating from LYAMBAI COLLEGE OF EDUCATION in MONGU! Teachers can’t express themselves in English and later on write but they are corruptly enrolled and awarded papers! Please investigate this college producing not even HALF baked graduates!

Creating civil service jobs is not development. A civil service without an active and developing private sector with production and processing is like placing a small coke can on a 10m diameter tray with nothing else on it. GRZ tell us what the civil service is supporting? Only a desperate idi0t would congratulate their parents for providing bare necessities. We have too many of such idi0ts.

It just tells any sane cogitating person on how you was brought up. If my dad buys me a new shirt whether i was expecting it or not,is it bad for me to say, dad thank you? Mostly it comes back on how one was raised. If govt is recruiting 5000 teachers something which past govts never did is it bad for some one who was well natured i mean well mannered to say thank you?

Isaac you are very right. Any well brought up child knows the words “Thank You” at a very tender age.Children should be grateful to parents just for the fact that they gave birth to you before you even start counting what you can receive from them! Ala Skid Mark cipuba ica number last mu Zambia. Anso the statement made by this person sounds kwati “Mwana wakupula”, if there is noone to help in instilling of good morals after umwana wakupula afyalwa they speak just like this person. No offence to all afyelwe in this way but are well brought up.

If they are fake papers why should be taken for certification? Why not arrest the culprits? If they are sent for certification it means you are not sure if they are fake….
