Sometimes i think nature hates us.Everything we like is not good for us.Red meat is not good for us,beer is not good for us,sex is not good for us.And the things we hate are good for us.Which reminds me-my Doctor thinks i am a rabbit.According to him i should be on a diet of veggies only.

By nature, I have failed to stand the smell of Garlic for the past 20 years. The smell of garlic kills me. I always feel like vomiting immeditaely I sense its smell. Well, it now looks I must start getting used to it because I have no choice. Any advice out there?

You do not have to eat it raw on its own. First crush it (ukutwa) then mix it with sauce (any sause according to your taste) and eat. You can also mix it with baked beans etc.

For chaps with piles (your anus coming out), peel a clove and make slits down the side then pop it up your butt hole with some vaseline. Great relief.
It can be crushed and mixed into hot petroleum jelly and used to get rid of facial, body (including vaginal) fungus / thrush. Even athletes foot.
