RB, Siliya, Nevers Mumba ,Others Appear In Court

The Lusaka Magistrates Court was a hive of activities when highly profiled people appeared for mention.

These are former president Rupiah Banda and his son Andrew, Opposition MMD president Nevers Mumba and former Transport and Communications Minister, Dora Siliya.

Mr. Banda is facing abuse of authority of office in relation to the alleged illegal procurement of oil from Nigeria appeared in court together with his son Andrew.

The MMD president while he served as Zambia’s envoy to Canada allegedly abused his authority of office contrary to the laws of Zambia.

And Ms. Siliya is alleged to have directed the cancellation of a duly awarded tender for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the Zambia Air Traffic Management Surveillance Radar System to Thales Air System SA.

    For leaders in Zambia have moral cancer it can be legit they abused their powers,however because they are from the same political party it lOoks like political presecution..we love Zambia!

    Some nurses are heartless. My friend’s daughter was taken to Ndeke clinic – kitwe two nights ago.She was expecting. When it was time to give birth she was alone the nurse who was on duty was fast asleep. In the process the baby died because there was no one to assist.     The woman cancelled a contract and got free service. This is a frivolous and ****** case. Better you prosecute her for bed wetting and soft bums. When found guilty she should be sentenced to washing 100 stinky bed sheets and six months gym duty. Please
