Army Officer Uses Sex TO Promote?

Dear Sir, I am a concerned and very disturbed affected Zambia Army Ordinance Soldier. I am complaining about the new POSTINGS and APPOINTMENTS. It has been noticed that appointments where given to women soldiers who are not qualified to those positions just because they have been sleeping with the senior officers and leaving Us men and other respectful women qualified for the position. You may wonder as to what I am talking about, we are qualified RQ’s and did the training required for these positions but we were left out.

For someone to be RQ, you must be a B1 and do a RQ’s course but these known 3 women just acquired the positions after sleeping with the Deputy Director Ordinance. A B3 was given as RQ 3 Signals Squadron; B2 was given as RQ 1 Signals Squadron and another B2 as RQ at Staff College. What criteria are you using to actually promote, SEX CRITERIA? Please the Army Commander, Chief of Logistics and the Director Ordinance, help us as men we cannot sleep with these but to get the right qualification needed to have the right position without prejudice.

These same women are married and their husbands are n ow aware of what’s going on. Please sir’s help us on this situation. There are so many qualified RQ’s within Directorate who could have taken up the positions. Deputy Director, will you ever stop using sex to promote women? Because you have been doing this for years. Stop it!. You did the same at COD by giving powers to CE’s all because you were sleeping with them during duty and they lost respect to most of us soldiers.

Please let him not spoil our Core and our good nice army. Please please Sir, we berg you to investigate on this problem

Please those B1, B2, B3 are just rankings. That is how promotions are followed. It may be difficult for him to put it in plain English. The issue is not on B1, B2, B3. It is about the criteria of promoting someone. This is not the only place where this type of corruption happening. In most places, women are abused sexually in order to be promoted. Our dear women, if you need promotion, go to school and obtain the required qualification for promotion. Condoms break and the risk of contracting HIV and other related diseases are high. You endanger your family.

I read throught the article, I didn’t find anything I couldn’t understand. I think if you have limited English vocab then I think you may think the the soldier has not explained himself well. I think he did.

My dear Officer i think there ways in the army of hairing grievancies, exhaust that then seek intervention through the media if nothing works for you. However, I’m sure your complaint will be seen by the capable authorities

They should ask me about my principles. I taught Lunat, Patel & Chibwe of Moores Rowland Chartered Accountants a lesson. Even if I lost my job, I never lost my dignity which I only gave to my husband on our wedding night. They may have thought they won the battle, in the end they proved their stupidity and evoked family curses on themselves.

Lets look at the problem presented by officer, unless you work in the civil service, you can not understand this complaint. The officer is so clear that not only male officers qualified in that field were not given the deserved promotions but even female officers who did the same course were not promoted just because they did not open their legs wide to that foolish senoir officer. This is so common a trend in government to officers without good morals, not ven bad one. My advice therefore is, write an unnomouse open letter to the minister and other relevant authorities and make a lot of CCs to other departments like the ACC and Police probally with the OP also. Explain in detailes all the facts that you have gathered and do not add speculative stories. That way, the culpritewill be picked.

Women in Zambia need to start gathering evidence against such abuse and then hire powerful lawyers to sue the perpetrators and the company for huge sums of money. This is the only way to stop the scurge. Use audio recordings, serve the emails or text messages as evidence. Womens NGO’s need to be in fore front to sensitise and advise. American women have walked off with huge sums in such cases.
