Pastors Against ARVs Warned
Northmead Assemblies of God Overseer Bishop Joshua Banda has warned clergymen to desist from discouraging people on Anti-Retroviral Treatment to abandon treatment and entirely depend on spiritual healing.
Bishop Banda who is also National Aids Council Chairperson says it is wrong to mislead people to discontinue treatment because it is detrimental to one’s health.
He noted with sadness that some people have lost their lives because of being wrongly advised to stop taking medication in preference for prayer.
Bishop Banda has told Hot FM News that people afflicted with HIV/AIDS should ensure that they take their medication and seek divine intervention so that God prolongs their lives.

There is no disease Jesus cannot heal including HIV. But then it has to be the doctor to certify one as having been healed. Do not bring Jesus down by making people believe that He can only prolong one’s life. The problem is we have to many “Pastors” who are not Pastors.

BC you are 100% right HIV is curable, and some real men of God are on record to have prayed for such people and God healed/cured them. Some doudted their healing going to an extent of testing seven times and still negative up to date. God is real and a living God and nothing is impossible with him.For those who are HIV Positive and being prayed for continue taking your ARVS till that time when the Doctor confirms your Pastor’s revelation and God’s faithfulness to his children and servants.Your faith is what will move the mountain and your doubt is what will make the mountain not to shake even a bit.

If there is any man of God called pastor, evangelist, teacher, apostle or prophet and you who is spiritual must pray so that they can be exposed and be brought in the open and the people and children of God Jehovah can be saved. As long as you who are spiritual, you are spiritual because you think that what any man of God is doing something which is evil and you condemn them and insult them, how are going to help those that are in need of help if you end up insulting? Leave TB Joshua out of this shit, my young sister was raped when she was 9 and got infected with HIV .she lived with it for 6 years until I flew her to synagogue, prayed for at no fee,encouraged to continue her medication until healed. After some months whilst on ARVs, went for VCT and the results were and are NEGATIVE.It is the doctor who told her to stop the ARVS and not TB J, glory be to God. With God all things are possible.

There is a Pastor called Benson Banda from ZAOGA Church. (Man of God if you see this message my regards to you). Before he became pastor he was diagonised with HIV in the 80′s. He got very sick with sores all over his body. One day he was prayed for and he dreamt that he was going to hell and was returned at the gate. When he woke up he was sweating profoundly and he was healed instantly. That is when he retired from NCZ and gave all his retirement package to the church (as an elder). Some years later in the 90′s, one of the female members called Regina Mulenga decided to sponsor him to do pastoring and now he is one of the most anointed pastors in the church. So Brethren, we save a miracle working God!!
