The Question is what Role is the police service perfoming if every time they will be relying on people to provide them with information and yet they are abusy harrasing the same people.

Look at the police commissioner North western province he is too lost that he doesnt even know how to suspect criminals he is busy every day harassing business men and Police officers not forgeting prostitutes

Please train these people before you can send them anywhere otherwise GOVT is at its worst embalancement.
