Dear Editor,
Hello! I would like to lodge in a complait about airtel! They have now become Thieftel. They keep stealing airtime and cnt even competently explain what am being charged for.
Am very bitter and I must say their service is substandard and pathetic!! They need to be investigated because this is now out of hand.
Am not first to complain and am not the last. I will not sit like some people and do nothing about it! I will go to their office and get my money back!

I agree wth the author. I lose a lot of airtime when i make calls, you would find that the 4n is answered but u cnt get what the person on the other side is saying

NO MATTER HOW MUCH AIRTEL(Thieftel) ADVERTISES, EVEN IF THEY DECIDED TO OFFER FREE CALLS ACROSS NETWORK, I WILL NOT FALL FOR THAT. IT WOULD BE FOOLISH OF ME.
EVER SINCE I DUMPED A SIM AT THEIR OFFICES YEARS AGO, MY HEADACHES HAVE BEEN GONE SINCE.

This author is not serouse. Last week somebody complained about loosing airtime when subscribing to BB plan. The guy was real coz he gave out his name and phone number. His complaint was attended to in good time. The best way to air yo issue is to give full details of yo problem and yo contact number. But this sadist is just bucking like a dog with rabbies. If its true be courageous and give yo number. Kolokombwa….wafwaya ka girlo ka ku Airtel kakukana walalemba ifyabupuba!
