Now Livingstone Woman Linked to Alleged Bigamy
A woman in Livingstone has allegedly wedded another man while still legally married to her current husband whom she is about to divorce.
Yvonne Banda a Zambia Army Officer who is legally married to Michael Banda a student at David Livingstone College of Education has however married another man identified as Samuel Mushili a Zambia Army Officer from Ndola in a spectacular wedding reception held in Livingstone.
When Mr. Banda was contacted for comment in a telephone interview he expressed shock at his wife’s action and has since maintained that she is still his wife.

As long as Mrs Banda was married in Church, at court or at the civic centre and the married has not been annuled by the high court. She has commited the crime of bigamy. She can/should be charged and tried in a court of law. Fact is Fact!

For committing that crime, the styupid officer will be prosecuted and lose her commission. Then with no job and jail time she’ll be un employable except as a till clerk in shoprite.
