FAZ Appoints Lwandamina, Simukonda As U23, U20 Coaches Respectively

The Football Association of Zambia, FAZ have appointed seasoned coaches Fighton ‘Big Figh’ Simukonda and George ‘Chicken’ Lwandamina to take over at age group national teams.

Simukonda has been handed the under-23 national team job while Lwandamina returns as under-20 coach.

The Nchanga Rangers coach Simukonda will be assisted by Chipolopolo Boys assistant coach Kampamba Chintu and Power Dynamos coach Tenant Chilumba while at under-20 level, Lwandamina who guided Zambia to the 2007 World Youth Championship will be assisted by Napsa Stars coach Hector Chilombo and Bilton Musonda, young brother to Charles Musonda.

At Under-17 level Chris Kaunda continues and former international midfielder Joe Bwalya,a young brother to Kalusha Bwalya will assist the Dutch trained Kaunda.

Mwayamba no tuma comment twabushilu, what if those are the qualifying coaches at the moment. You are the same people practicing nepotism.

Is Chintu more qualified than FAZ Premier League coaches to be appointed Assistant National Team Coach.I thought we had better Coaches for the National Team apart from the trainee.We have started try and error when our friends are solidifying Coaching staff and we start choosing those that are household names.
What we need is qualified and determined coaches who can plan and change the plan when the game becomes difficulty.
This time we need a coach who can manage to read the opponents game of plan and not just drinking water and think God will change things to our favour, we all serve the same God and God doesn’t hate any of his children.
Sometimes it is good to listen to comments from people and sit down as a committee.
