May the souls of these gallant men rest in peace. From the explanations of witnesses around, looked like they tried to crash land and probably tried to avoid landing on houses. Whatever may have happened, MTSRIEP and go well gallant men!

Sad to hear of this plane crush, but one that is not happening right in this country we have lost out on roles and which wing of government should do what. In this accident who should report the ZAF plane crush is it police or the Air force itself?

so how are trainees going to learn if they are not given planes to fly? did you learn to drive a car by sitting in the passenger seat?

This is not the first time to have this incident. We lost the Mbala bound crew at Ngerere Lusaka, we lost the entire mighty national team at the coast of Gabon and many more which we can’t reveal. The Govt is n’t serious with matters pertaining procurement of military stores. The worst thing that has happened is going the Chinese way.The Govt has started buying salaula stores from China.Let us go back to British type of arrangement. The Govt should be held accountable to the cause of these deaths.we ‘ve been waiting for Gabon Crisis report which is not forthcoming. Please relatives of the deceased, do n’t relax. take the Govt to task.My deep and heart felt condolences to the bereaved families. MTSRIEP.

OK, so even before the causes of the accidents are revealed, you already know the causes? let us be open minded at this stage and not jump to conclusions. Gabon accident may not be cause of the crash; there was a civil war in that country at the time and an eye witness saw the plane explode in the air. and it is not all reports that are released, due to security reasons. you sound like a ZAF officer, so you should know better.

    SAB is an Italian make.
My guess is it was a trainer aircraft-an outdated one for that matter.

ZAF planes are out dated and unfit to fly.Remember Gabon, the plane used to fly the football team was 18years old and had no maintenance records(according to some reports)
