Oral Sex Lands Lusaka Man in Divorce
A Lusaka Couple has been granted divorce in a local court following a dispute over oral sex.
This was after twenty-Eight Year old Chuma Phiri of Lusaka’s Mtendere Compound, filed a divorce complaint against her husband, Kanjakata Nkhata who is also aged twenty eight years.
She told a fully packed court that Nkhata was in a habit of forcing her to use oral sex whenever he got drunk, an act which she says is against her traditional values.
And in passing judgment, Chelstone senior Local court magistrate, Bertha Zulu who presided over the case with presiding magistrate Mary Namangala, granted the couple a divorce without compensation.

keith sorry to remind you local court magistrates are not learned so it is wrong to refer to them as learned and mind you local court is a tradition court so those are called local court justices they handle tradition matters and not law related matters.
