Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) Spokesperson Antonio Mwanza says participating in the Katuba parliamentary by-election is not beneficial to the party.
Mwanza has told Qfm News in an interview that the party respects the decision of the national policy committee for the party not to contest the by-election.
He explains that the decision not to contest the Katuba parliamentary by-election was based on strategy.
Mr. Mwanza has also maintained that the party will only participate in genuine by-elections.
Mr. Mwanza has since dismissed insinuations that the party has a hidden agenda by not taking part in the 25th February Katuba parliament by-election.

Asking questions are actually good thing if you are not understanding something completely, but this piece of writing
provides good understanding yet.
