POOR ATM SERVICE AT INTERMARKET BANK

Dear Editor,

I would like to air my complaint over the poor ATM Service I experienced from inter market bank main branch at farmers house in Lusaka. On the 8th of Feb,2014 around 14 hours,I went to withdraw the money using ATM the system was down. I went to other Zamlink points but I failed, our friends from different zamlink like Invest Trust were withdrawing the money through the ATM, the system was down only for Intermarket ATM Cards uses, I managed to use the service after two hours, this bank really disturbed my programs and other business I had.

I feel you…Even Indo bank has very poor ATM services….

Try Barclays ATMs in Kabwe!!! There is rarely a time when all three ATMs are working.

Dot b dispotd jst open an account with Indo zambia bank u will never be lost its a clean bank with no conjection I am likn their services
