Corruption will never end on the road and unfairness of these law enforcers are full of bad acts just because they are on the road they make people become there slaves. The government should look into this .

That’s when you have gotten hold of this photo? This photo has been circulating on social media since last year and there’s nothing new about it, hence not fit to be Photo of the Day!!
Ratsa have gone too far, there is even a lady in luanshya who works for ratsa by the name of jean she owns buses with her husband by the name of sydney chewe they just like empounding vehicles anyhow. The husband actually puts on ratsa attire as if he works for ratsa.Honestly how can ratsa sink so law allowing this a mr chewe to be empounding vehicles pretending to be ratsa just because the wife works for ratsa.where is the authority to curb this non senses.
go to muf and see if theres any traffic or rtsa oficer whos got no vehicle and the gvnt is aware of every act,do gvnt pay lesser salaries to ordinary police oficers?
RTSA, are corrupt personel, govt shud giv dat job to police oficers who are mandated by the law, these people take alot of people’s money, plis govt, try 2 intervene,we r in trouble
They pretend to be working very hard and yet they just uses Government resources while working for themselves. The Government rarely get any money from the impounded vehicles.
There are corrupt police men and women on Kafue road , Castle supermarket. They are NOT RATSA. They mount road blocks at 21:00 nearly everyday this week checking for fitness, road tax, and driving license. It’s clear they’re bored and looking for quick cash. ACC needs to go there undercover and nab these dirty cops.
U pipo what’s wrong here. In Zambia one way to show respect is just exactly what u see in the picture. Give respect to elders and those in authority. U want him to answer upright like a powerline. Abash disrespectfulness, viva respect to elders. U only have a point if u hear he was forced as a way to be forgiven of the crime but the story say none of that, so?? So far so good!!
ABA maso pachinena kwati ninkumba, CHINTU CHAKWE. I spit on your grave before you die IDOIT, Tapaba nesukulu bayako ababene ba ratsa majority mafontini Bafikala.
Zambians lets learn to act and not just seat, coward people.we should change the way things operate.we say democracy, but its not a fully democratic society because democracy is government for the people.people should have a way to change things if they are not right.rather than just talking we should do something to straighten things.
RATSA is not doing that to people. People are making themselves to be treated like that by RATSA. And what just would u do if u were caught overspeeding, using phone while driving, seat belt not strapped and you have no money? And what is better….to pay a full amount of more than a K180 or to bribe a traffic cop with only a K50? The best is to introduce tickets that can be payable in 3 months like they do in other countries.
