A child born out of rape is a “horrible gift from God’ and should be rejected. ” God should in this case concentrate on helping the barren women to concieve and not allowing women to be raped and expect them to carry bastard children with LOVE! No bloody way mate!!

This is the most ridiculous answer from the so called man of God.No human being chooses the method in which they are brought in this sinful world.Others are born outside wedlock which could be through agreement of the fornicating parties or indeed through force of rape.Why should the Pastor indicate that it will be ok if the woman who was raped should abort the child.These are the Pastors Jesus warned us against as their fruits are devilish.

My thoughts exactly….Awe man of God revisit your teachings before you mislead people…The bible states that “Before you were born, I knew you…” meaning he knew the innocent child of rape before it was even born…he acknowledges it as his own…so who has a right to kill God’s creation? God’s recognition/acknowledgement? That is why it is very important to know the word of God on your own to avoid being misled by some of these so called men of God who are just there for money. I am disappointed.

Rape is a horrible and traumatic event in the life of any woman who has suffered its indignity. It is the forcible act of sexual intercourse against the will of a woman. Should she become pregnant, not only must she bear the memory of the rape, but she also carries the child of the rapist.

They should be aborted without any regret. Children concieved out of rape are demons. I know a woman in her 30′s… she is a product of rape. she has 4 children from 4 different men and 5 abortions… she tells people that she turns into a witch at night and go to peoples homes to do evil… her own mum just gave up on her after 30 years of terror.
She was raise up in a very nice loving home but turned out to be a devil!!
If you ask me i’d say children of rape are evil they should be aborted fullstop!

It is better for someone to not be born at all than to be born into suffering because of their circumstances. All life is suffering anyway, but to be born to a woman who sees you as a constant reminder of a vicious attack must be hell itself.

In Duet. 23 vs 2; the Mosaic Law says, “The child begotten out of wedlock or incest shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the Lord.” What this was saying is the child born out of wedlock was illegitimate and unworthy of Israelite citizenship for ten generations. This does not mean, as some mistakenly think, that an illegitimate person cannot be saved or be used greatly by God. His mercy and grace through Christ are sufficient for all. 2 Corintians 5 vs 21; Phillippians 3 vs 9 – We are not saved because of who we are from birth; rather, we are saved because of who we become at the new birth. We become new creations in Christ. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new”(2 Cor.5 vs17).

The act of rape is different from the act of aborting. One can be sorry that she has been raped but of the act of aborting that is the choice the woman makes on her own. The child conceived in such an act is very innocent. The woman should keep the child. If she aborts, she will suffer two torments, the torment of being raped and the torment of abortion. Killing an innocent child who knows nothing is actually murder. The pastor should ask the women who have aborted before the kind of torment they go through every time they see another child playing around.

Abortion is one of those issues the Bible or any other religious doctrine will never fully answer. You know why? Well, because most religious doctrines or so called “sacred” texts are, in most part, an invention of man.
It is quite common to find that certain religions are tolerant/indifferent towards issues such as abortion or suicide. Does this then mean “God” will condemn millions upon millions of people to hell who do not adhere to our Christian beliefs? These are the questions those in the habit of imposing their religious beliefs on others ought to answer!
Abortion is a very personal and private issue, such that only women who have gone through it can understand the depths of anguish women go through. Abortions happen for all sorts of reasons: economic, fear, shame, stigma, being too young, trauma, etc. So what can be any more and legitimate reason for a woman to decide not to carry a pregnancy to full term than RAPE? I can assure you, if men were to get pregnant, aborting a fetus wouldn’t be an issue—it would be considered just another normal medical procedure.
Men, through out our human history, have tended to impose all kinds of restrictions on what women can do with their bodies. It is therefore no accident that some of these “manly” views and impositions have found their way into all sorts of sacred scriptures, such as the Bible—because the Bible and its interpretation has always been a privileged preserve for men.
To this day, the Catholic church is still arguing about whether women should be ordained as Bishops or Cardinals, hence have a Female Pope someday. And guess who is the supreme authority on religious matters in the Catholic church? Yes, you guessed it, the Pope! A position preserved for men only—no wonder such insensitivities concerning women/rape still persists!
The Bible was composed, written, and interpreted by humans—mostly men! Just read the book of “Song of Solomon” and tell me if the people who decided to include that book in the bible were not ‘hooked on pornography’? Yet they decided to exclude books such as: Tobit, Judith, Baruch, Wisdom, Sirach, 1 and 2 Maccabees, and others.
It is fascinating to read about the history of the Bible and its canonization. It immediately becomes very apparent how the hand of man has manipulated and impose his will on what should be considered Holy and Sacred—so let us be careful what we call SIN and, in short order, condemn women on that basis. Just saying!!!!!!!

We come into this world via different ways. A woman may not know what she is carrying. Its more like death none knows how they will die. The bottom line here is thou shall not kill says the Bible. There is no justification of killing a product of rape, God has never mentioned to say products of rape should be aborted. Its only God who can change the situation not man. Humanly we think we will live with this a life time only those who understand and have seen Gods hand will agree with me. Let’s not encourage abortion, God knows what’s there, lest some one dies and they have while trying to eliminate the so called shame to them. A God fearing woman will not be tormented to the time indefinite. Sin is sin no justification..God help us…

@Yambayamba…The bible was written by people who were inspired by the Holy Spirit. It wasn’t manipulated by Man. Do you know why I think it was not manipulated by Man? It is because it has stood the taste of time. Everything the bible ever said have come to pass. When I say everything I mean everything including what Pastor Christ is doing right now:- Misleading the masses. The bible says towards the end we shall have false prophets and false teachers of the law. I am not saying Pastor Chris is a false teacher of the law, but he needs to revisit his teaching on aborting of innocent children of rape. No one has a right to take away life except God himself. God knew the little innocent babies of rape before they were even born. He acknowledged them as his own. In my opinion pastor Chris should advise women who find themselves in such situations to turn to the Lord who is going to take away their shame. Because when one is in Christ, everything else passes away (including shame) and they become new creatures instead of encouraging them to abort. Aborting defeats the whole essence of Christianity….I stand to be corrected.

I think I have to conquer with Kanyuka above who says it is better to deliver the child and later hand it over to some social welfare society. Let God himself decide that innocent child’s fate. The bible says “I will show mercy on those I want to show mercy on…”. The same bible says “B ring the little ones to me for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these,..” Okey guys supposing God doesn’t exist like you say (God forbid), what about your consciousness? How can you kill an innocent soul? The same bible says people who do not know the law or God upon death will be judged by their consciousness – Romans 2:14,15.
