Police were last evening in a fierce running battle with irate Mtendere residents after a discovery of a CHILILOMBA at Vera Chiluba School in Hellen Kaunda. Residents demanding for the burning of the ghost blocked roads and burning tyres, forced Police to begin fireing TEAR-GAS canisters that choked motourists, residents in surrounding areas that left shoppers at New PHI PicknPay unspared and scampering in all directions. By 21 hrs a lot of residents were found at Levy Mwanawasa Hospital with various injuries as well as collapsing after inhaling teargasses.

Among those affected, was the 10 year old daughter of MMD Lusaka Province Youths Chairman Watson Mtonga whose child was rushed to the District Hospital after she collapsed while others were found with deep cuts after a stampede.

Rumours or nkhani ya mu tarven!! You mean all those camera fons failed to shoot the chilomba for us to see? A picture is worth a thousand words. And the incredulity of the Democracy Advocate above is genuine regarding the wind speed.Tell us something else, this one is not connecting.

And by the way, do u know that in Zambia today u can’t succeed unless u are a satanist – so says this new brand of born agains.

well! That is a form of entertainment for these komboners. For any small thing, they make a big issue out of it. Some one puts up a few materials together ,smears them with chicken blood and wraps them in a goat skin and when you see it you get busy running around like headless chickens rioting. There are better things to do u blood komboners. Come on get a life and stop disturbing us.
