parliament is the proportionate representative of the country.The opposition wud lose ,if elections were called today,in the same way and by a similar proportion of votes, as they lost on the motion on constitution failed.
its Either the UPND changes his political strategy,of antagonism,frustration,un controlled bitterness,tribalism etc and begine to embrace the entire country,or the UPND changes its leader,there is likely to be no HH in state house come 2016.
They will salvage some votes from MMD jst like other parties will but being number two is no good enough.
UPND must revive the MAZOKA spirit…that great son of Africa,,,
