Slavery And Ill Treatment Of Employees At Alliance Ginneries Limited By Foreign Financial Controller

Dear Mr. President,
I would like to ask his excellency the President Micheal C.Sata and minister of labour Hon Shamenda to quickly intervain in the suffering of the employees at the cotton ginning company situated in kafue, were employees have been subjected into slavery by A Mr Gayan of sirilankan origin,he has called zambians as thieves and we smell blood and incence in our hands.
His abuse on zambians even led to the dismisal of a senior accountant by the name of Mr Chibeti Alias after he complained to management on the abusive language by Mr Gayan who in turn countereacted by firing this man without any reason bairly a week after his 1 year contracted was renewed.
How ever the following are the problems the authorities should followup;
1.Mr Gayan is the finacial controller without any accouting qualification and not a member of Zica
2.Alot of foreign national that are working at this company have no comonwealth N.R.C`s which is a requirement by ZRA and NAPSA.
3.Workers are never paid their leave days which is against the labour laws of the land.
4.All senior management positions are held by foregners without any zambian.
5.Workers have never had any salary increament the past 3 years.
6.Workers threatend with dismisal if they try to bargain for better wages.
Please twakomba ,twapata kuli bakateka twachula ,PF as a listening government should qiuckly intervain so that workers at this company should also celebrate the Golden jubilee mother Zambia has attained.

I know this company, the so called foregners are useless chaps just intersted in externalize the money.

Also the Government should look at the plight of former KTZ workers. They were only paid 50% of their benefits and up to now they have not been offered the houses they are living in.
Another thing is that the Government must investigate a Mr Mwambazi who finds himself living in one of the KTZ houses. This man was given that house by the former KTZ Manager Isaac Ngoma and yet he has never worked for Kafue Textiles before. He has been living in that house without paying rent for many years. This is corruption at its highest.

Mr. chibeti senior accountant has involved in some money issue and because of that company did not renew his contract.

JACK KAMONGA WHY DIDNT YOU REPORT CHIBETI TO THE POLICE TO PROVE YOUR CLAIMS? MIND YOU THOSE ARE THE LAST KICKS OF DYING HORSE ULABEJA MUDALA,CHIBETI NI MUNSANKWA WA LEZA,MIND YOU IF THE CHAP IS FOUND WANTING HE WILL FACE THE SAME FATE LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CEO OF THE BIGEST MINING COMPANY.

Jack Kamonga or whatever you may call yourself. When ben with your brother in law Sanjayi was involved in the money scandle, you took ben to be questioned by the police and the record is there to prove that. Eventually the contract was not renewed. Is there any record that show that he was interrogated by the police over the same money issue, or is there any letter from the Human Resource pertaining the same?
The issue here is not mr chibeti but,
1. It is a criminal offense to practice as an accountant when your are not an accountant
2. It is a criminal offense to work as an accountant when you are not a member of ZICA
3. You need to be reported immediately to ZICA for action.
Above all, It is not allowed for a foreigner to insult the citizenry of this nation. More especially the insults indicated here. we cannot tolerate in this country. This man must be reported the authorities without delay. You did not insult only those who work with you at Alliance but every Zambian.
ZICA must first take its action immediately before the authorities come in.
I rest my case!!!!!!!!

The Chap thinks he own Zambia we all left that company becuse of injustice.he has really destroyed the image of the compny even to the corporate world. its good that now the law will take its course

And were are the owners of company, like if that foreigner Guy called Gayan is trully mistreating the employee the his better off being deported back to his country. If his operating without a zica licence then his even more useless to our country. He has seriously tarnished the name of the company because the law will b on u guys.

I wonder wat even took u employees so long to report such cruel foreigners to authorities. If a CEO of a big mining company can b deported wat of a useless fellow like u. In copperbelt we burn such pipo.Gayan or wat ever the cal u, u must go bak 2yo country. I ges u r poor were u come from. Useless fellow

No foreigner should be allowed to mistreat a Zambian. Let the concerned authorities deal with this man.
As for Mr Mwambazi at KTZ together with his friend Mr Isaac Ngoma, these also need to be investigated because what they are doing is illegal and a crime. Mr Mwambazi cannot be allowed to reap where he has not sown.

I live in Kafue and know the story of Mr Ngoma giving a company house to a friend Mr Mwambazi who never worked for KTZ. He has been staying in that house without paying rent for a very long time and now he is waiting to buy the house. Infact this has shocked a lot of people in Kafue.
