Simataa To Appeal Life Ban, Says Relationship With Kalusha Has Been Sour

As details emerge that Simataa Simataa’s ban may be extended worldwide, Simataa Simataa, who describes the ban as excessive, says he will appeal his life ban through FAZ, NCSZ, the Minister, FIFA and, if needed, the courts of law. Simataa said the statutes spell the following punishments: caution, expulsion, match suspension, ban from the dressing room and/or substitute bench , ban from entering a stadium and lastly ban on taking part in any football -related activity.

And Simataa says his relationship with Kalusha Bwalya, the FAZ president, has been poor over the years and the two don’t even greet when in the same location.

Notwithstanding the happenings, Simataa hopes Mtendere Football club will outlive him.

The veteran soccer administrator also mentioned that he has been charged by FAZ four different times since Kalusha became FAZ president, with 3 cases being through the disciplinary committee and the fourth being before the FAZ Council.

Problem Simataa is boastful and too pompous , “ba somebody” I knew this guy from the time he was single working for finance bank and staying in Emmasdale bank houses. We first met at church – Northmead Assemblies. Awe the guy always wants to be there mwee. Sometimes in life one has to swallow pride for the sake of peace even if it means putting your ideology aside for a while.
This is what happens when one meets their match and one is outsmarted.
So ba Simataa, sorry but you ain’t smart after all. Just accept the verdict and give it time. Then maybe apologize will things work for you. As we all know, the other guy’s got big connections that you can’t match with. You stand to loose big time.

@Sibwiidu, I agree with you big time. I worked with Simataa Simataa at Finance Bank when he was Branch Manager for Kamwala Branch. When he was promoted as Director Human Resources, he fired a lot of people and seemed to take a lot of pleasure in doing so. In as much as the guy is very hardworking, he is pompous and a Mr Know it all. Anyway I wish him the best.
