Opposition Political Parties Are Useless – Chipalo

Chief Chipalo of Luwingu district says opposition political parties have become irrelevant since the PF formed government.
Speaking when PF secretary general Wynter Kabimba paid a courtesy call on him, chief Chipalo said opposition parties were sleeping.
“There is no opposition party in Zambia. They are useless and gone to sleep. They are as good as dead. They are sleeping and never to wake up. I am happy with my friend President Michael Sata for the development. I am praising what I am seeing, not these noise makers (opposition). There’s nothing they are doing for now. It’s PF with the authority to govern. Only a fool and a blind person can’t appreciate the developmental projects the government is doing,” chief Chipalo said.
The traditional leader said only President Sata and Dr Kenneth Kaunda had a heart for Zambia.
He said it was unfortunate that the previous government corruptly prevented President Sata from governing.
“In my chiefdom, we had a good harvest and I want to tell you secretary general that we won’t ask for relief food this year. It has never happened since independence until PF came into power and now we have electricity in villages and I ask God to grant President Sata more years to govern and we’ll give him another term to do miracles until he retires. For now, it’s Sata. Stop listening to noisemakers. Here in Lubansenshi, it’s like we don’t have a member of parliament. If I had the powers, I would have nullified his election. I don’t understand how we made the mistake of voting for an independent MP (Patrick Mucheleka). In 2016, please don’t give us someone from Lusaka. We need a person from here, a person who has suffered with us,” said chief Chipalo.
And Kabimba said Zambia was regretting having not voted for President Sata earlier.
Kabimba said the country was transforming under the leadership of President Sata.
“I agree with you your royal highness that the whole country is regretting that we voted for President Sata late. I also agree that the problem you made is voting for an independent candidate. As human beings we get tempted to do wrong things and people of Lubansenshi realised their mistake, but with your guidance in 2016, people won’t repeat the mistake,” he said.
Kabimba asked chief Chipalo to start looking for a PF candidate for 2016.
He said identifying candidates for the 2016 general elections was a serious programme for the party.
“Luwingu district has a special history in our party because the first PF MP (Musonda Mpankata) hailed from here and President Sata has a lot of regard for this place because of your loyal support you showed since 2001. That’s why I could not do any programme without coming to see you,” said Kabimba.

Mwe Mfumu, akulyenifye ngabamipela. Mwipontela ba opposition pantu mukomfwa insoni if any of these larties come into power. Who knew that PF wud rule? You are not God. Isaiah 55:8-9. Do not get involved in politics, tekeni ngemfumu iyapesonde.

You guys from opposition should accept other people’s views just as they accept yours. @Bwitkasi, as far as PF’s advent is it was obvious coz growth was evident: from 1 mp to date. Mazoka, it was evident. Aba abashala, it is a HUGE kayaaaaaa. Issues bakamba, issues!

It is a well known fact that balimisuba to say what you said about the opposition. Good for you but one day mwemfumu mukalya ifi mulelanda.
Please batata keep out of politics. You are a chief so try to be a good chief not a spokesman for the ruling party. You shouldn’t have said what you said pantu ngafyachinja mukalanda ati shani? Bumuselela kwakaba is bad.

The opposition must keep tabs on all chiefs who make partisan statements and remind them of their comments when mending fences and building harmony

I say so because you seem not to see and understand what is going on pantu balikusuba we know that.
Do not use that name for political gains because you will be bruised very soon. That name should talk for the people of Luwingu and not for your selfish ends. Keep that name clean by staying away from yapping about. Chief Chipalo so walile fye weka shilya bakusubile te? And never talk about the area MP pantu tawa muvoteleko because he is doing his best to make you see things as they un fold but you appear to have no eyes to see. NGOLI MFUMU YACINE UICINDIKE. One day you will swallow these words after your friends are gone. Be careful with those guys. They will finish you one day then you will know how to dance imfunkutu.
