Bishop Mambo:Zambians Sholud Unite And Pray For Release Of Final Draft Constitution
Former Church of God overseer, Bishop John Mambo has called on Zambians to unite and pray for the release of the final draft constitution.
Commenting on the launch by the Grand Coalition on the Constitution of a strategy to push for the release of the final draft constitution, Bishop Mambo says prayer is the key to having the constitution people are demanding for.
Bishop Mambo adds that the unity which opposition leaders, church mother bodies and civil society organizations have shown in their demands for the release of the constitution is commendable.
He has also noted that the fight to have a people driven constitution is for everyone including the ruling patriotic front, stating that the constitution will provide a legal framework on how best the country should be governed.
Bishop Mambo has since appealed to government to show political will in delivering the constitution.

Zambians should pray for the release of the final constitution . And bishop mambo has appealed to the government in delivering the new constitution. what is this guy trying to say ? mi confused by the confusion caused by the confusing statement from this man

i fail to understand bishop mambo’s political inclination. Not long ago he’s a strong critic of rb: didn’t he realise that he’s campaigning for mcs. To me i blame him and his type for bringing this useless govt: he’s one of the useless senior citizens who can’t give proper guidance to those who were born after independence.

How do you start PRAYING for the release of the constitution kwati ni Lesa ewakwata? You do not receive what you pray for coz you pray wrongly. Are you asking God to wring Sata’s neck? Elo what clauses in the new constitution are going to make ambuya in Muyombe to have 3 square meals with tea break like am enjoying at this workshop?

Ba bishop, you mean I dictate a letter to my secretary and my pastor tells me to pray for its release? No ways! Infact look here, this is politics & give a political advise. The bible says give ceaser what belongs to ceaser, period. If it were a new version of the bible we would have taken your advise, but this is our constitution & we should demand it. Am against the notion that leaders are always given by God, coz how many bad, thieving, cruel, immoral, dishonest leaders has the world seen?

Bishop Mambo want to dose Zambians with the prayer opium. Is he a coward? Is it not known who is sitting on the constitution? By the way why not forget about this failed project? Can’t we give ourselves a new one after 2016? Let us engage opposition parties to sign an agreement where they will facilitate a new constitution when voted in power. Let us just forget about that useless paper and forge ahead preparing for 2016. Fellow Zambians we are cowards. Who has ever asked the justice minister Hon. W. Kabimba to release the constitution? “Kabimba mwandi uli mwaume. Bafye President. Boonse balakutina”. Yes, K4S. Receive Zambian prayers.
