NIPA Student Pours HOT Water On Friend OVER Eyeliner

A 24 year old Natoinal Institute Of Public administration student on Thursday scalded her friend over eyeliner.
Beatrice Sichamba burnt Jennifer Mutale with hot water in the early hours of  Thursday after she(Mutale) decided to use her eyeliner.
According to eye witnesses,Sichamba and Mutale had not been getting along for a while.
“It is very strange how some of these things happen…one would even wonder the way women behave. These two have not been getting along for some time and we all know that there was friction between them. What happened was that they both woke up and started preparing themselves to class but Jennifer was the first one to finish preparing herself and she decided to use Beatrice’s eyeliner”,Aaron Ngoma,a student said.”Beatrice was not happy to see her friend using eyeliner and so she asked her to stop but Jennifer Insisted on using it”.Ngoma said, Sichamba became upset and started  beating Mutale and Later Poured hot water on her.”Mutale was immediately rushed to UTH where she was seen  and later discharged because I think the burns were not that grave. As we are speaking they are at the police station giving statements because Beatrice was released on Bond yesterday(Thursday) because she had an exam today(Friday).” Ngoma said.
Zambia police deputy public relations officer Rae Hamoonga also confirmed that the matter had been reported to police.”Right now i am just waiting for the details but the mater has been reported said”,said Hamoonga.

If you can not afford, please be the way you are. We come from different backgrounds and as such be content with what you have and what you can afford.

Parents, guardians please sit down with your children and tell them to be content because you can not afford to them what they need but you can afford to take them to school. These other things are secondary education first.

God have mercy, these are the same people for them to have such things would even sale their bodies for money

The incident now provides a recipe for our interventions to suppliment much needed resources. May the Sondashi formula be developed quickly to enable us freely provide assistance to such victims so as to avoid those deadly incidents. This also has a bearing on the ever escalating school/college/University fees. Very few parents can afford to pay fees and cosmetics nowadays. Government intervention is the only answer to all such evils by our children. Govmnt should make fees affordable.
