Every thing is just not fair these days i wounder what the poor bus driver did to be bartered to that extent.like in government institutions it is the same thing people who commit big offences are not charged but just a written warning all because they are so called connected to big bosses in an institution but if some some else does a simillar offence they are just charged without even a warning letter shame on all those who call themselves bosses.

A Kitwe named officer and Suwali advises the victim to report to higher command? Is everything working in Siwali’s medura obrangata?

If the criminal is known, why wait for the victim to report? The criminal disguising himself as an officer in ZP should be arrested and charged for assault by the state as complainants. Suwali ubupuba bweka bweka.

The behavior exhibited by the named officer is most worrying. Trained officers should not break the law for that is not their calling. If the poor driver misbehaved they should just have arrested him and not taking the law into their own hands. That is folly. There is need to scrutinize those that aspire to join the Police on recruitment in order to get only those who may make good officers and ‘Kaponyas’. Police job is a noble one and officers should live to that expectation. Period.

Sometimes the behaviour of minibus drivers can led one into temptations. They behave as if they are the only people who matters most, very argumentative and extremely rude. Sorry for the guy who was clobbered. Get well soon.
