Why Police Arrested 20yr Old Man For having Consensual sex with 39-Yr-Old Woman
Dear Editor,
I was watching ZNBC On Friday and a story came up where a boy was arrested for having consensual sex with his 39-yr-old aunt. It was reported police charged the young man with incest but didn’t charge the aunt. So there issue of rape was out of question. Where is this country heading to? The two were found making love but only charge the young boy because he’s male, why didn’t they also arrest the aunt who is actually much older and should have known that incest is a crime?
I want to ask the government to look into this issue and release a statement to clear up this whole issue

Its like information is not clear on this issue. Did she screem for help so that the husband rescues her or not. Send us more data please. However, it appears these two were old lovers and were doing it on many ocasions except on this particular day they were caught. That’s why she went to bed early so that she is given a quick one unfortunatly they were found.

Sure?both committed incest,the lady is more matured and should be blamed first,commonly such cases are set ablaze by women and really its a premature decision for that action,gentlemen were is the law to speak for us?when its ladies the entire world opens the mouths wide.at times we just escape their advances by for them its justfied.why?

I do agree with other commenters that the information is not clear about the whole situation, they were supposed to let the public know how those people were caught. its like some of the reporter have to go back to school for more panebiting and to how to report.

If the boy is a blood relative to the uncle, then it isn’t incest. Third-degree relatives (such as half-aunt, half-nephew, first cousin) share 12.5% genes, and sexual relations between them is viewed differently in various cultures, from being discouraged to being socially acceptable.
