This defiler and many others like him do not deserve the title Teacher, these are chaps who are so dull and unable to teach properly in class but want to demonstrate reproductive lessons in private with just one pupil.

Please MPS repeal the law on defilement and rape, vitendeni vikabenga.

Though bad, this was an agreement between the two subjects or the girl was sent by the brother in law is my suspicion.

Wrong is simply wrong. The teacher should get maximum punishment for the offense of sleeping with a minor.THE CONDUCT OF MANY TEACHERS AND LECTURERS IS DISGUSTING NO WONDER THE ZAMBIAN EDUCATION STARNDARD HAS ALSO BECOME PATHETIC.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD REVIEW THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.

Kids of nowadays tabaleunfwa fwe. From the look of things this wad pre-arranged with the teacher. Becoz abaiche na baca.
I thing its high time the law was revisited. The teacher quite okay shud get the punishment, but wat about this ka kid who took herself. I think its high time they started getin punished in a certain way. So that twilaichita involved in these acts. Coz as such they are at liberty to indulge premature sex, knowing very well they will go scort free. Ati bakalanda ati ni difilement.

Adults should run away when these tu bantu throw themselves at them. Its very tricky business. You get arrested, lose your job and dignity and yet may be it was her doing the chasing.

Some 13 to 16yrs girls are sexually active and their holes are big. They also want to enjoy sex. It is one of their rights just like gay people. They are normal human beings. But where a child is forced or raped, yes prosecution should be carried out for both. If a girl goes out with a man should also be punished if we are to stop this. You arrest one man today, tomorrow the same girl hits out with another man. When a man impregnants a girl he gets arrested but the same girl continues doing it and marries another man after delivery. Arresting family people for longer years ends up punishing the family left harshly just over one naught girl. Imagine destroying the future of 12 family members over one abused child. Where are we going? Let us find another way of punishing abusers without affecting all family members. It is not fair. Iam advocating for sparing family members of abusers. For all families whose breadwinners have been arrested over child abuse in Zambia, how many do you think are unaffected? Who looks after them and who supports their education? Is it okay for you fellow devils? Making family members vulnerable to all sotrs of dangers e.g. Hiv/Aids,sti, abuse, hunger, etc in the name of justice to one abused child. Let us be fair to all. Law makers must go back to parliament and look at the plight of defilers’ family members. Enact laws that protect abused children, and, protect and sustain the welfare of the family of the abusers. Do reseach and you will realise what Iam advocating for.

To me it looks they were in a relationship except the brother in law had also some issues with the girl I suspect. Even here in England, such things happen almost every day. Too bad indeed ba sir mwasundila pali payslip. Some teachers sleep with pupils as if they have a license from Government or that’s what they are trained for.

The only thing in our country there is no proper justice. Things are opposite. That girl who killed a child, was given suspended sentence(life was lost there). GK defilement 18yrs behind bars. Honestly, is this what we call JUSTICE??????. The judges sitting on the judgement sit studied law to practice INJUSTICE. Both offended that we are not denying..but the judgement is not fair……help me people if its a lie….

@Musune u’re right,by the way what was she doing around 19:00,to make the matters worse on saturday. I think the person who reported the defile case had scores to settle with the defiler. Infact he is the one who sent the girl there. Pliz give us a break,if there is a misunderstanding at the place of find the best way to sort it out not to implicate you friend with a jail able case.
