59 Year Old Fisenge Man Defiles, Impregnates Niece 13
A THIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD girl of Fisenge area in Luanshya has been defiled and impregnated by her 59-year-old uncle of the same area.
The girl was defiled on unknown dates early this year but the matter was only reported to the police on Monday.
Copperbelt Police chief Joyce Kasosa said in an interview yesterday that the girl was allegedly defiled by Mwape Musokwa who is her uncle, early this year.
“As a result of the defilement, the girl is five months pregnant. It is not clear under what circumstances the incident happened but the defiler has been identified,” Ms Kasosa said.
She said the suspect was arrested and charged on Monday for defilement and would appear in court soon.
In Nchelenge, a nine-year-old girl was defiled on Sunday around 20:00 hours by her stepfather at home.
Luapula Province Police chief Malcolm Mulenga said in an interview that the girl was defiled by her 47-year-old stepfather in her home, while her mother was away.
Mr Mulenga said the incident happened in Mumpundu Village in Chief Kamwali’s area in Nchelenge.
He said the matter was reported by a teacher who lives in the area on Monday.
The stepfather has been arrested and charged with defilement.

Twanaka nafyo ifi. Beheading is the best sentence for defilers, rapists and murderers. Keeping them in Jail turns the victims and the relatives to the victims into providers of shelter and food to such criminals through taxes a share of which goes to prison services.
DO NOT REMOVE DEATH SENTENCE it will eventually reduce the budget for the Prison Service, behead them just hours after the sentence is pronounced.

Call a spade a spade, not a “big spoon”. It is “statutory rape” to have sex with a minor. It is “incest” to have sexual intercourse with a close relation (brother-sister, father-daughter, mother-son, aunty-nephew…)
If an adult (16+) has intercourse with a minor (15-), it is statutory rape. Whether you find out today or twenty years from now, it is still a crime, punishable under law!
