Zambians Have The Responsibility To Pray For President Sata-EFZ
The Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) has advised Zambians speculating on President Michael Sata’s wellbeing to commit him in prayers.
EFZ Executive Director Pukuta Mwanza has told QFM that it is unfortunate that some people and sections of the media have continued to speculate on the health of the President instead of praying for him.
Rev Mwanza says this is contrary to Christian values and Zambia’s declaration as a Christian Nation.
He says whether the President is sick or not all loving Zambians have the responsibility to pray for him because he is the leader of the country.
Rev Mwanza has since advised Zambians to always show love and care for each other.

My point exactly. Someone who tells me, my friend am not well, keep me in your prayers. i can. Not someone on holiday. And his friends are busy saying he is fit and on holiday..why should i pray for him?

mr charles katongo mwango sata is a very fit man who does not need recovery prayers we have all seen how healthy(unhealthy) he looks on tv when making appoints and dismissals he is only good at in his hiding place state house.

How about our fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers and relatives who are dying daily at hospitals because the money that was supposed to be used for medicines and facilities was channeled into unnecessary byelections to just protect Fred Mmembe from paying back what he owes us? Is one person more important than thousands dying evryday? Even God himself punished evil kings and will in future punish all evil people.

some media personel have been locked up for saying sata is sick and it’s just right that pukuta mwanza should be questioned how does he pronounce sata sick when he (sata) him self says he is fit

It’s difficult to pray for someone that you have no love for, period! And the reason that he doesn’t get any love is because he gives no love, the so called love he showed towards the masses prior to becoming president during the campaigns was not genuine, it was merely meant to buy votes, I feel ****** for ever having voted for him

You surprise me. How do you pray for someone who is not sick and is on holiday. You are political in your approaches. Who said he is sick? As far as i know, help goes to those who help themselves. He and his colleges are saying he is not sick. In SA they said Zuma is sick and [people prayed for him. Kuno they are saying he is on holiday. Why should i pray for someone on holiday?

These are good and sounding words form Rev Pukuta Mwanza and only hope all loving zambians could accept,heed and follow.We seem to have lost our culture as zambians and where has the love gone to.Our dear President is a human being just like them and the worst part is those in fore front shouting loud are vying for the same position and mind you zambians are listening and judgement day(elections)will come and they will regret because selfish people will not sit on that thrown
