Police Warn Against Honking
The Zambia Police Service has warned that it will not hesitate to arrest anyone involved in honking in protest for the release of the final draft constitution.
Zambia Police Spokesperson, Charity Munganga Chanda has told QFM News in a telephone the police have time and again warned that honking is against the law but that the warning has gone unheeded.
Ms Chanda says the aggrieved persons should follow the right procedure so that their concerns can be heard by relevant authorities instead of resorting to honking which is against the law.
The Grand Alliance on the enactment of the constitution has been advocating for people to honk every Fridays in protest at government’s failure to release the final draft constitution.

i am not in support of my fellow bloggers who can spend time to insult the rep president. Let’s respect the office of our rep president. No matter how one hates the rep president; it’s not good to insult him. Suppose a foreigner borrowed our bad language and used it to address our rep president; how are we going to feel. I, personally did not vote for pf because i knew all along that they had no capacity; but i can not use insulting language on the rep president.
