Ndola’s Residents Riot After Police Arrest ‘Satanist’ Businessman

ndolaNdola’s Kaloko residents this afternoon ran amok after rumor went round that Police had apprehended a businessman for allegedly abducting an sacrificing children in the area.

The riot brought about the damage of property at the police post. Copperbelt Police Commissioner Joyce Kasosa says it is unfortunate that people went on rampage without having facts on their finger tips. She says Police have not received any case of abduction contrary to the information that the residents had acted upon.

Ms. Kasosa warns that Police will not hesitate to enforce the law against people who base their actions on false information and rumors. She says this is because any riotous behavior leads to loss of life and public property. The Copperbelt Police Chief says calm has since returned to the area. Meanwhile Ms Kasosa says she will give details of how much property has been lost during the riots as police are still investigating the matter.

one way to protect your children from being scarificed is to circumcise your male child and pierce the girl childs ear lobes and make them wer earrings. That way witchdoctrs will not touch them.

Ritual killing and related human rights abuses take place on the continent because many people still believe that the use of charms and the performance of ritual sacrifice can fortify them spiritually, enhance their fortunes in business and during elections, or protect them from harm, disease, poverty, accident, death or destruction.

The recent human sacrifice cases should be regarded with at least a modicum of skepticism, because there have also been quite a few ”witchhunts” in Africa lately.

The Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG) is a rapidly-growing, wealthy, very secretive international Pentecostal-style sect born in Brazil in 1977. Its church services include mass exorcisms, and in general the UCKG places a lot of emphasis on fighting against Satan and demons. Ironically, in some parts of Africa, primarily Zambia, the UCKG has been accused of practicing “Satanism and human sacrifice.”

The ever-growing number of demon-obsessed Christians will almost inevitably spark a renewed paranoia about human scarifice too..

A confidential report into the sacrifice and abuse of children at African churches describes how pastors are profiting from the trafficking of black boys into Britain.

Uncircumcised boys are being smuggled into the country for human sacrifice by fundamentalist sects whose members believe that their ritual killing will enhance spells.

The leaked Metropolitan Police report also reveals “countless” examples of children being beaten or killed after being named as witches by spiritual leaders.

In one of many chilling findings, it was suggested that youngsters were smuggled into the UK and given to men with HIV, who believe that having sex with a the child will cleanse them.

The report, obtained by a journalist, says that pastors and their churches have developed into a network of a lucrative businesses profiting from superstition throughout the UK, Europe and Africa.

If you ask ANY Masala resident if they have attended any funeral of a person murdered ritually, the answer will be ‘I heard’. Ask any mortuary if they have received a B.I.D from Masala as a result of rituals, ZERO!! Any report at Police for missing persons found dead ZERO!! These rats destroyed the police post to have a field day!!

This was purely false alarm to the benefits of thieves/thugs who went about destroying public property & stoning vehicles of innocent individuals.
This shud be condemned in strongest terms & people behind it shud face the law

I think the police officers are lacking intelligence in Zambia. Movie tv just showed four boys who were abducted by criminals and they narrated how they suffered. The parent said that they reported the matter to four police stations in Ndola. So people should not give support to officers who are just lazy, getting fat and waist tax payers money for being idol, shame one you. And if they are officers of intelligence they would have catch the rumor and find way of protecting the police post before it was damaged by people. And if they say they will not protect the kaloko people that is no sense the reason they are employed is to protect every Zambian or else should stop to let others who are willing to work.
