Kapiri Couple Practicing Sama SEX Marriage Acquitted
Kabwe Principal Resident Magistrate, John Mbuzi has acquitted a Kapiri couple of charges of practicing same sex marriage.
Philip Mubiana an hair dresser and James Mwape, a brick-layer have been acquitted amid jubilation from relatives and friends.
Our staffer Naomi Ng’andu reports from Kapiri Mposhi that some Kapiri youths had earlier thronged the Kapiri Magistrates Court denouncing those advocating for gay rights.
Some diplomats were also in attendance in court as Magistrtate Mbuzi delivered judgment.

This had nothing to do with intervention of Diplomats. Fact is, the State had no case against the accused. All charges and accusations were discredited due to lack of evidence. Sorry comrades, that’s just how the law operates. It has to be proven beyond any reasonable doubt that someone indeed did commit an offence. We can’t act on emotions. Now let’s move on and probe the state of our economy and leadership.
